WOD Review then warm up all together: 60-sec row, 10 leg swings/leg, 10 PVC pass thru, 10 PVC good mornings, 5 push-ups to down dog

3-4^ sets of 5-10 Pull-ups and/or Chin-ups

4 sets of 10 Ring push-ups (elevate feet for more challenge)
