Gymnastics Focus

*The Intent for Gymnastics days is to highlight and focus primarily on gymnastics and body weight movements to improve skill and stamina. *

• Utilize ZenPlanner to sign up for classes.

• Continue to wipe down all equipment touched.

• Please continue to bring your own water.

10-20-30-40-50 of:

Dubs (Singles = same # but add dub attempts)

Abmat sit-ups

3-5 Turkish get-ups / side (DB or KB)

4/3 Bar muscle-ups (Mod: 4 T2B then 4 burpees)

6 Plate sit-ups (45/25) (50+ 25/15)

8 Decline push-ups (feet on: 2/45# men & 1/45# plate women and 50+)
