200m jog then
Complete 2 sets of:
Lateral leg band walks (25 ft/ lead leg)
Backward leg band walks (50 ft)
3-way big band lat, chest & shoulder stretches
-3 min transition-
SOD 1
In 15 minutes build to a challenging snatch (power, squat or split)
-2 min transition-
SOD 2
In 15 minutes, build to a heavy set of 5 back squats
