3 step to Spiderman / leg
5 BB straight leg deads (pause at bottom)
5 abmat sit-ups
10 sec HS hold

5 rounds, each for time, of: (42 min cap)
20 Handstand push-ups (50+ 1 Pad) (Mod: add plates & pad, DB push press, or Palm release push-ups)
30 Deadlifts (135/95) (50+ 95/65)
40 Abmat sit-ups
50 Dubs (100 Singles or 50 plate hops)
*Rest 3 minutes between rounds
*Adjust the movements/reps to finish under the cap
