Gymnastics Focus

*The Intent for Gymnastics days is to highlight and focus primarily on gymnastics and body weight movements to improve skill and stamina. *

• Utilize ZenPlanner to sign up for classes.

• Continue to wipe down all equipment touched.

• Please continue to bring your own water.

Review Warm-up and WOD: 7 min

30 sec jump rope

5x push-up > down dog

3 step to Spiderman / leg

5 BB straight leg deads (pause at bottom)

5 abmat sit-ups

10 sec HS hold

-6 min prep-

WOD

“Barbara Ann”

5 rounds, each for time, of: (42 min cap)

20 Handstand push-ups (50+ 1 Pad) (Mod: add plates & pad, DB push press, or Palm release push-ups)

30 Deadlifts (135/95) (50+ 95/65)

40 Abmat sit-ups

50 Dubs (100 Singles or 50 plate hops)

*Rest 3 minutes between rounds

*Adjust the movements/reps to finish under the cap
