In 12 minutes, complete 3-5 sets of:
Kipping T2B practice (reps = athlete’s choice)
10-15 GHD Hip extensions

10 Box pike push-ups (24/20) (50+ 1 10# plate and 1 pad) (Mod: knees on box / add more plates, DB seated OHP)
10 Ring dips (Mod: Box dips, lite banded dips)
1,000/900m Row (50+ 900/800)
