⁃ 22 kb swings each
⁃ 22 air squat to butt ball each
⁃ 200 m med ball run together
⁃ 22 wall balls each
⁃ 22 partner MB sit ups each (transfer the ball back and forth while you both complete the sit up. No resting while your partner is doing a sit up.
