Part B
Buy Out: 1600m row shared, one athlete working at a time.
*While one person is running the other is preforming that rounds clean and jerks then the partners switch
For example rounds one person “a” runs 200m while person “B” does 10 C&J. Once the runner gets back then partner “B” runs 200m and partner “A” does 10 C&J. Once they have both done 10 C&J they move onto 9 C&Js
The part A is over once EACH athlete has completed 55 clean and jerks and 10x200m, then begin part B. One athlete working at a time sharing the 1600m row.
