Minute 1: 50-70 Singles
Minute 2: 1 Inside loop w/Med ball
Minute 3: 45 sec of Burpees to MB (Mod: Up-down on ball)
Minute 4: Jog to turf – 3 pole bear crawl down turf – jog back to spot
Minute 5: 25 Plate ground to overhead (45/25) (50+ 25/15)
Minute 6: 20 V-ups (Mod: Bent knees)
