*30 min time cap and running clock. If you finish under 30min, work your way back up the ladder (and perhaps back down again?!) until clock stops because why stop before 30min? It’s SATURYAY!
*Row and push-ups can be done simultaneously shared evenly (one athlete rows, the other does push-ups). Everything else one athlete working at a time.
