5 pushups to down dogs
4 step to Spidermans/side
10 pausing/grinding air squats
5 fwd lunges/leg
WOD

AMRAP 25
3 rounds of:
5 Bent over back rows/arm or 10 BB Pendlay rows
10 Push-ups (Mod: knee push-ups)
15 Air squats
then…
200m Run (250m Row, 30-sec walk/jog out and back, 1 min stationary cardio of choice)
