10-15 Weighted glute bridges (no weight: do 8-10 single legged)
6-10/arm Bent over back row (with a supported hand)

For time:

Weighted step-ups or Split Squats (total) (DB/KB/BP/BB)
200m Run (250m Row, 30 sec out and back, 1 min stationary cardio of choice)
