10 leg swings/leg
3 pushup dogs to down dogs (pause 2-3 sec in each position)
3 step to Spiderman/leg
3 object step-ups / leg
5 sit-ups
SOD
EMOM for 10 min:
Min 1: 5-8/side Weighted Step-downs (Mod: Weighted Step-ups or Pitcher Squats for those with a less stable object or Split squats with no elevated object)
Min 2: 10-15 Weighted glute bridges (No challenging wt.: do 8-10 single leg bridges/side)
