Zoom classes are at 7 AM (Open to the public!) – 8:30 AM (CFIS Members) – Noon (CFIS Members) – 4:30 PM (CFIS Members) – 5:30 PM (CFIS Members) – 6:30 PM (open to the public!)

AMRAP 20 (try to get outside for this one)
400m Run (Mod: 500m row, 1000m Bike or 200m walk)
20 Jumping lunges (total) (Mod: rev step lunges)
