WOD Review then warm up all together: 60 sec row, 10 leg swings, 10 PVC pass thru, 5 TVWQB, 3 step to Spiderman, 3 push-up to down dog, 5 BB complexes (Bear or Snatch)

Option 1: Bear Complex: (deadlift, hang power clean, front squat, shoulder to OH, back squat, S2OH) (Mod: not going overhead: dead, PC, FS, HPC, Squat clean)
Option 2: Snatch complex: Snatch grip deadlift, hang power snatch, squat snatch, OHS
