WOD Review then warm up all together: 60 sec row, 10 leg swings, 10 PVC pass thru, Spiderman str, 5 Up to Down dog str, 3 box step-ups/leg

In 18 minutes, complete 4-5 sets of:

10 BB inverted rows (elevate foot for more challenge)

10-15 GHD sit-ups

10 Box step-ups (total) (1 x 50/35 at 24/20”) (50+ 35/25 at 20/16”)
