Warm-up
100m jog
Then 3 rounds of:
5 hanging shrugs
20 sec down dog
20 sec Spiderman/leg
3-4 min to set-up and then:
WOD Prep
3 cycles of:
1 Pull-up
2 Push-ups
3 Air squats
WOD
“Cindy”
20 min AMRAP
5 Pull-ups (Mod: bands/jumping/ring rows)
10 Push-ups (Mod: plates and pads under chest)
15 Air squats
*The WOD is the only thing we have today – so – push yourself just a bit harder so you are extra thankful there is nothing else to do….
