Options
1) Race/run your chosen/registered distance.
2) Join the community WOD for the 3.33mile Challenge. Partner or solo options available.
Solo 3.33 mile challenge:
Option 1
5 RFT
1k run (or row) (and a final run of 359 meters)
20 V-Ups
20 Burps
20 AKBS
20 Plank Shoulder Taps
Option 2
9 RFT
600m Run/Row
10 v-ups
10 Burps
10 AKBS
10 Plank Shoulder taps
Partner Option
*Teams must accumulate 3.33miles of running
Option 1
While one athlete is running the other is doing an AMRAP of:
20 V-Ups
20 Burps
20 AKBS
20 Plank Shoulder Taps
*The run distance can be 400m or 600m
Option 2
Run together and split the reps as needed, one athlete working at a time for whichever rep scheme you choose from the solo options. This is good for all our members out there that love working alongside their BFF and not separated.
*If you are not a fan of running, the partner options are highly recommended
