*Every time you set the bar down, you owe 3 Burpee over BB, so set the bar down as little as possible.
Your goal is to hold on to the bar as long as they can and only break when you absolutely must. It’s not about going fast, it’s about pushing yourself, This will be more of a mental challenge than a physical challenge as you will want to put the bar down much earlier than your body actually needs you to put the bar down. Mental toughness days are often about finding a way to get past a point you didn’t think you could go. Demonstrate to yourself that you are capable of achieving more.
