Complete 200 Burpees
Partner A rows 300M while partner B accumulates burpees swap after every 300M

4 pole Front rack KB walk + DB/KB Farmer carry (Complete 2 poles 1 arm in front rack and other with farmer carry / switch skills and complete the remaining 2 poles)
10-15 Sit-ups
30 sec/leg elevated pigeon stretch
