WOD
15 min AMRAP:
10 Double Unders > 2 Burpees to plate > Jog 100 ft (loop around turf/rubber)
20 Double Unders > 4 Burpees to plate > Jog 100 ft (loop around turf/rubber)
*Each round: increase by 10 Double Unders and Burpees by 2. Jog remains the same 100m loop for the entire workout.
