Cougar & Cradle Robbers April 2025
CrossFit IronSpider's Cougars & Cradle Robbers Throwdown takes place each year early April. We know there are some crazy Cougars & Cradle Robbers that have their eyes on some young cubs; scoop up your date for the hottest date you’ll ever go on and come to Throwdown.
Cougars & Cradle Robbers is a unique CrossFit competition mixing BADASS Masters (40+) with young BUCKS (under40)! This competition will have COED teams of two with 2 divisions, RX and Scaled. Kick some booty and watch fierce Cougars throwing down with young studs and Cradle Robbers representing with buff young chicks. Cash prize, great vendors, and free swag attracts a sell-out crowd each year so register ASAP!
Summer Steamer Throwdown July 2024
Feel the heat of the ultimate fitness challenge at the Summer Steamer CrossFit competition! Push your limits, sweat it out, and dominate the competition in this sizzling showdown of strength, endurance, and determination. Are you ready to turn up the heat and blaze your trail to victory?

Teams: Co-ed teams of 2
Divisions: RX, Scaled (Masters 45+ Rx & Scaled and Teen 13-15 RX & Scaled)

BEGINNER CROSSFIT
Crossfit & Crossfit gyms can be very intimidating so we offer a BEGINNER ONLY program each month to Northshore residents who would like to see what its all about in welcoming, beginners only, small group sessions. No strings attached, just come in and see what CrossFit is all about and see why it has changed so many (hundreds of thousands) lives since its inception in 2000. Class times are limited (Salem: Tuesday & Thursdays 6:30pm and Saturdays 9:30am or MHD Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am). Space is limited to ONLY 10 spots each month so don’t delay in registering! We are looking for people who are ready to try a new and exciting fitness program that could seriously change how you see/feel/do fitness.
BOOT CAMP
Our boot camp program which started back on 2001, is a total body HIIT workout focusing on weight loss, strength, endurance, stamina, mobility and balance for ALL levels and abilities. Come check it out and see what sets us a part from the rest while having fun, getting a great workout and trying something new.
MARTIAL ARTS/SELF DEFENSE TRAINING
Our goal is to help people achieve their personal and fitness goals whether that be through self-defense training, martial arts or personal training to challenge themselves through fitness. Beginners are always welcome! I can train a newbie to an experienced martial artist.
